Service Description

Change within a family or a close relational group can create strain, confusion, and disconnection. When one person shifts, the entire system is affected. This work provides a structured space for families or small groups to understand what is happening, navigate change more effectively, and move forward with greater clarity and stability. Sessions support: Shifting in family structure Navigating significant life changes Supporting a loved one through mental health challenges Breakdown in communication or relational tension Adjusting to new roles, expectations, or realities Each session is guided with direction to help participants: Understand patterns within group Recognize how each person is impacted Communicate more effectively Respond in a more grounded and intentional way The goal is to reduce confusion, increase understanding, and support a more functional and stable dynamic moving forward
